Is anyone still having issues downloading documents? I got an email from a user saying she gets an error message (see attached)when she tries to download some of the documents in a project but some of the documents download successfully.
I put a ticket in. Hopefully there's a quick resolution.
Hi: I experienced lots of trouble earlier today with the server not responding, search not returning anything, and document exports not happening. It seems to be working now, though. I opened a ticket, too. Eric
Thanks Eric! I'm glad it's working for you guys now. We still can't download anything.
Surprisingly, Search has been working faster today than it has the passed couple months.
