We are creating what will essentially act as an invoice for billable hours to our clients.We are an internal agency. It is a report that has all of the correct data but needs to be customized more, in such a way that it truly resembles an actual invoice, not a report. If we print from chrome (save to PDF) it pulls in the project header (we don't need that) and the formatting is limited on where different elements appear or how they display.
We tried 3rd party print editing software which almost worked, but would have to be run every time. Is there a way to customize the reporting in WF in such a way that we have complete control over the output and the look of the final pdf? It does not display correctly in the native "export to pdf" functionality in WF either. Thoughts: try to use some type of API (without Fusion), try to customize an integration with Adobe somehow? Just looking for some different ideas on how to approach this issue if anyone has done this. Thanks! Margo Richard OUC
