Custom Sandbox very slow

Hi Brad, Our custom refresh sandbox is indeed fairly slow but it performs adequately and is consistent. The Preview sandbox used to be really fast but recently it has been terrible. Sometimes it ceases responding for minutes at a time and then will come back to life. Regards, David Cornwell
