Hi Lila, I'm fairly new, but I believe that renaming a custom form shouldn't have any major effects as anything associated with the form will use it's GUID. And that GUID doesn't change with a rename. But if I'm incorrect, I wouldn't mind someone else chiming in and letting me know :) Thanks, Kevin Kevin Jesik Denver Board of Water Commissioners
And for your first question – nothing should break. WF uses GUID's behind the scenes so the renaming doesn't cause any damage. The only change would be where it appears in your dropdown list when trying to add the form. Because the list is in alphabetical order, your form may change positions on the list. But that should be it. At least that's all I can think of. I always have anxiety being that confident in an answer because there may be some crazy thing I'm either unaware of, or a portion of the tool I don't use. But I'm 98.6% confident on this one .
