Creating a chart within a report and trying to Group Data by the field Entered By: Home Group but it's not working

When creating a chart within a report I'm trying to Group Data by the field Entered By: Home Group but it's not working. So, I'm wondering if it's not possible or if there is another field I should use instead.

Left (Y) Axis - Record Count

Bottom (X) axis - Actual Completion Date

Group Data by - Entered By - Home Group

Line chart

Trying to show count of requests submitted by Group. Thanks!

I'm not sure what that means: "it's not working". What is it doing instead of "working"?

Hi, Skye - Sorry, I didn't provide more detail. It was completely ignoring the grouping that I was selecting and only showing the X and Y axis data. I did end up using a calculated field that pulls in the Home Group of the issue owner and that grouping did work. I always appreciate your willingness to help answer these questions. Thanks!
