Can I enable external users to submit requests to non-external home group queues?

Can I enable external users to submit requests to internal home group queues? We use SSO for internal users and have them in home groups. Users in one home group want to accept requests from external users. I can recreate the queue in the external user home group but that will mean separate queues. Can I setup requests to transfer to the internal home group? Thanks, Sixto

Could you use a Routing Rule to do that? Route the issue to another project?
