This is happening in Firefox (updated to current version). Is anyone else experiencing this? Currently using Chrome as a workaround, but it's not my preferred browser. Thanks! Alexi Glines iProspect

Yes – it is happening to us. Inconvenient, but here are workarounds: · hover over spot where button should be and it can be clicked. · Use @user in text box, and notification box will appear to add additional users. Thanks. I'm seeing the same bizarre offset in Chrome and IE, but the tagging does function properly. I tried Firefox and I'm seeing the same as you. It's offset but it also doesn't function. We were having the same issue this morning and had submitted a ticket to Workfront Support. They indicated that they had received reports of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Instructed my users who use Firefox to use Chrome instead until resolved. We reported this bug yesterday. If you click in the area where those icons are supposed to be, it works. Also, I had success bringing my browser zoom to 90%, then it was in the right place. You can also tag people by using the @ symbol, then the name box will appear (then you can go back and remove the @).

Hello everyone, We are indeed aware of a defect, and are hoping to have it patched very soon (Maybe this week, I'm not sure, I haven't made it to the office just yet this morning.) If you'd like to be kept up on when we release the patch, please call or email our Customer Care team to open a support ticket, it will be linked to our defect, and you'll be alerted once we have a fix in place. Thank you! Dustin Martin Tier 2 Assigned Support Engineer Workfront

Thanks, Dustin I appreciate that Workfront is on top of this! Separate question: in your Subject line, you mention "Firefox"; we were told by Workfront, and we've subsequently told our Users, only to use "Google Chrome" as the browser ... Can you talk to that for a minute? Thank you, Jay Schertzer Jay Schertzer Guild Mortgage Intranet System Administrator

I presume a patch has been provided for Firefox users, but I am curious if anyone using Chrome is now experiencing issues with tagging? I wanted to check in before submitting a ticket. We have noticed since the beginning of March that in an update, once you try to tag more than 3-4 people it will not allow you to add more into the user box. Even trying the @username fails to add . We're not seeing the issue in Chrome. I believe we are on CL01 if that helps. Vic Alejandro, PMP, CSM | IT Program Manager Denver Water | t: (303-628-7262) | c: (303-319-6473) "http://www.denverwater.org/"> http://www.denverwater.org INTEGRITY | VISION | PASSION | EXCELLENCE | RESPECT

We're not seeing it in Chrome either, we are CL02. I just tried tagging 10 users, and it worked fine. I'm on Windows 10, Chrome version 64.0.3282.186. Adina

Our instance was having the same issue. We had this issue while using Chrome and Safari. We sent in a ticket into WF on 3/2 and they fixed the issue for us on 3/8. We do not have this issue anymore. Denver Lemont Cardinal Health

Thanks all for your input. We are on CL02 and I am on Windows 7 with Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181 although other staff are having the same issue and not necessarily on the same Windows version. I will submit a ticket. Tracy Fox Project Manager / Workfront SysAdmin Sykes Assistance Services Corporation
