Attach custom form to a task

Hello, We get a lot of request for "one-off" jobs, it might be simple web edits or editing some copy. They come in through the queue and I have been opening them as projects and creating one task. I just want to convert those issue to tasks, but I want our pre-built custom forms that our clients fill out, and documents they uploaded, to carry over to the task as well. Easy peasy! Copy your current Issue form as a Task form and add it to the task as you convert the Issue. We do the same thing for multiple Issues/Requests that need to all go in as a Service Pack update - each one is detailed as a parent task with some sub-tasks underneath just to make sure we don't miss anything. Don't be afraid to play around in the Preview environment - that's what it is there for. :) Heather Theriault MetLife
