In the project, select all tasks under a specific Role (you can create a Filter to see each role if you wish to make this easier, then select the whole block using the Ctl or Shift like in Excel or the check box at the top if you filtered), click the Edit button at the top, click Assignments and click in the Assignments box and enter the name of whom you want assigned. i. You can perform this type of Bulk Edit for many things. Repeat for each role The other way is through the new Scheduling tool where you can do a Swap. To me the downside there is I believe the PM has to be assigned as the Resource Manager on the Project to get the project to show up there. So for my money, I use the first method.
