Adding Countries and Languages to field in Custom Form

I have custom form that needs to have a field for countries and languages. Does anyone know a quick way to create this field without having to manually type in this long list of countries and languages. The thought of having to type this long list makes my fingers hurt!! I recently had to create nearly identical copies of the same dropdown list, and I too was hoping for a shortcut. Unfortunately there is not yet a copy option. I ended up using a Kickstart import to create the field. Kickstarts take some orienting to get used to, though. Good luck! M.L. de la Rosa Genentech
