All, I'm trying to add color to entries in columns since it was one advanced tip I learned at Leap this year. I'm having some trouble with the actual hours column in the attached image. I'm not able to replicate the color in that column like I did for the actual completion date column on the far right. I'm trying to show the entries that are over the planned hours in red with the entries lower than the planned hours in green, but they always appear red.
