User Delegate option

There should be an option in a user's profile where they can set a delegate who will get ALL of their notifications, tasks, etc during a set time period.

Would also like the same when deactivating a person -- the option to delegate all assigned OPEN objects including approvals, proofs, tasks, projects, issues/requests
