Resource planner – Role level filters and export

Vitally need the ability to to exclude people / tasks that have 0 planned hours in the period in the resource planner at the role level to reduce the amount of unneeded data that exceeds the export capacity. Please add a filter / toggle for "Only show if planned hours > that Zero"
Situation
- WF is not scalable for an organisation of our complexity of number of projects / tasks / people / roles. CoE leads, or managers cannot see global role level capacity data in WF for their teams.
- currently approx. 6 million rows of excel data to get to the 3-4000 rows of data that actually has any values . The resource planner data extraction limit is 100,000 rows per extraction / 6millions rows = 60 plus extractions for only 50% of our job roles.
