We have a report that shows time logged by users. It's set up to prompt on a date range and user names, so that whomever runs the report can choose those items as needed. However, when using the prompt for name, you are unable to pull up inactive resources.
I did log a ticket with support and they found if you pull up the user, in the URL you can see the ID for the user. If you search by that ID you can include the person on the report. But this is a two-step process for each person, which can get time-consuming.
I would like to have the prompting for resource name work regardless of whether that resource is active or not. Often a resource has left, and we still need to know time they spent on given work. Thanks!
