Report that will combine 'Last Log In Date" and "# of Active Tasks/Issues"

Currently we can find no way to produce a report to show types of users (Planners, Workers & Collaborators), Last Log in Date & the # of current Active tasks. Having this information would allow the Admin to know who we should be assisting first.

ex: If I have a user with 25 active tasks & they haven't logged into Workfront in 2 months - I am going to visit them quick.

ex: If I have a user with 25 active tasks & they have a Collaborator license, then I want to upgrade them to a Worker ASAP.

I just tested this, and here is my solution.

Create a task report

Filters:

• Task > Status> In Progress, New
• Assigned To > Last Login date > Less Than $$TODAY-1w

Groupings: Assigned To: Name

Important Column: Assigned to: Last Login Date, and pick "Summarize this column by: Minimum". this will allow the last login date to show up in the grouping header.

The only pitfall might be if a task is assigned to multiple people, it might only show the primary assignee.
