Public Holidays from the Projects Schedule to show in Workload Balancer, especially for tasks where the assigned user, Project Owner, Management Chain are in Separate Schedules (Timezones)

We've just had an issue where a Project was in one Schedule (VIC, australia), the Project Owner is in NSW, Australia, with assigned users across other Schedules (SA, QLD, VIC australia). The Public Holiday for the Project Schedule from VIC doesnt show in Workload Balancer under the assigned users, the task appears but it populates as 0hrs, regardless of task constraint.

If the Project Owner and Management Chain arent aware of the Public Holiday, they wouldnt know its there and can potentially lead to over-allocation.

 

These tasks should appear in the Workload Balancer should include a notification, public holiday note, or something should be populating showing that the Project Schedule has a Public Holiday.
