Proofing Integration UX

1. As a proofing reviewer I ought to be able to see a list of proofs that are awaiting my review. I can't even create a report to show this. This ought to be integrated into My Work.

2. As a proofing reviewer I ought to be able to navigate to the related task or issue from the proofing notification. I want my marketing manager to be able to navigate to the task so that she can modify the workflow on the proof when needed. Right now she has to search based on the document name.

with our use of PROOF HQ as part of our workflow & schedule.

this is so important and very unfortunate that this is not already an option

we are unable to prioritize work as project managers and for the people proofing/approving etc. there is no easy way to see what is needed to be done and by when.

I just put in idea on the My Work list but my team would love a tab for Proofs/Routings, like the Approval tab. It would also be ideal for both of those tabs to indicate due dates and times. And now thinking a the person who is sending the proof/routing it would great to see the proofs/routings I have sent and where they are, etc. Right now, I do this manually in two different places plus by brain. Thank you.

Completely agree with all of the above. Every task we complete results in a proof and the vast majority of these require action within a period of hours, if not minutes based on the workflow. Having to manually monitor this is extra work that could be avoided if status/action/comments from ProofHQ were more readily visible - update feed and reporting!!

Love the new ability with the 2017 R1 release to see approvals for PHQ in Approvals under My Work. However this only seems to work if I'm added as an approver to the proof. I'd like all users on the proof to be able to see their proof requirements under the Approvals section. (or create a separate "Proof" tab). This goes for all reviewers, authors, etc... within PHQ.

One issue we are having is that we have multiple reviewers but only require one decision... if the proof creator is set as anything other than read-only, apparently the SODC icons show the lowest progress on the proof, not the highest. If only one decision is required, I think this should be the opposite.

We need individuals to be able to monitor and manage the progress of their own proofs, but also the rest of the team's proofs. Due to quick turn times, some work is handled by multiple people (across shifts).
