Proof HQ Comment Changes Feeding Back to Workfront Updates

I would like to see the changes made on the proofs properly feed back to the updates feed in Workfront on the documents tab. Currently, a comment is made, and if it gets deleted or changed that is not reflected on the comments page. These two areas need to talk back and forth.

We have users who ask questions on the comments only so they don't feed back to the proofs, but if the comments are showing incorrectly because they have been changed within the proof, that creates issues.
