I am configuring WF for an international NPD team. They have project managers that work in specific areas of the business (i.e. Lighting vs. Wiring). It would be great if the Portfolio or Program manager could start a project from a template with a specific PM Role Defined, and then have it provide the list of potential PM's that meet that specific role. Project Manager Lighting, Project Manager Wiring. Instead of just the role Project Owner, we could put in the template Project Owner Wiring and then when the project is being created, it would show a list of Project Owners that corresponded to that particular job role.
