Portfolio Prioritisation

Hi,

Just an idea, that we cam compare different portfolios based on same criteria, for example cost, time, resource availability. For example, there are 3 portfolios A/B/C in a company. Each having several projects. If we make changes in the most priority in Portfolio B, then this project priority must overrule the other priority either among projects or among Portfolio. And then priority get changes. Or also possible that the same project move to the top priority portfolio automatically.

I believe this is possible.
