Matrix view on Kanban board

Would love to have a matrix view on the Kanban board. Would be great to see swim lanes for each team member and where their work falls in the different status columns.

I would also like to see other options on the swim lanes, e.g. by individual assignment, home team assignment, custom field/tag, etc.
