Make the "Back to Timesheets" link be in a bigger font!

I get not too infrequent queries from users about how they go back to their existing timesheets -- I have to tell them to "click on the tiny 'Back to Timesheets' link at the top". Can this link be rendered in a slightly bigger font please?

Same with the "Back to Search" link when clicking on a project after searching.

Bigger and on the top and bottom of the UI!

I've had users ask the link be made to look like a button, since it's not intuitive that it's a link.

Another suggestion was to re-word it as something like "Previous timesheets" or "Previous weeks"
