Improve SharePoint (Graph API) experience

Description - Make it easy to locate a particular folder using Graph API option in the documents section.

Problem - When I search for a particular folder, it gives multiple results with the same name (making it difficult to go for the correct folder). In the example image below, I'm trying to search for 'Development' folder and there is no way for me identify the folder I'm looking for.

Why is this feature important to you - I'm trying to introduce this option to Project Managers for them to use project documents effectively.

How would you like the feature to work - Some way to indicate hierarchical name of the parent folder(s).

Current Behaviour - No indication of hierarchical folder name(s).

Wholeheartedly agree. Related: keyword searching for files is very clunky. If ever a user wants to use the SharePoint integration, I recommend they paste in the exact file name including extension. That's the only way I can to get to a file with any sort of efficiency.

@jon_chen and other admins/moderators - IT has informed me that the legacy SharePoint integration will be retiring soon, and they have asked that I prepare for the Graph API transition. As shown in the screenshot, there is an issue when multiple folders have the same name. This duplication occurs because the SharePoint document libraries can have templates, which can result in folders with the same name, making it difficult to distinguish between them.

This experience needs improvement. At the minimum, the document library or site information should be visible to assist users in selecting the correct one.

I request you to pass this message to your PMs.

@jon_chen - I get the idea of upvotes, but honestly, this feature just doesn't work. Do we really need upvotes to flag something that's unusable?

Hey @_Manish_Singh Appreciate your patience here. Please log an issue with support if you haven't already. Your issue will be reviewed and prioritized with PM and engineering. Despite this being the standard channel, note that it is still the most efficient means to get this in front of the product team. Let me know if you have any further questions or require a support escalation on my end.
