It would be great if I could separate my home page "Working On" filter between "Working On...that is ready to start" and "Working On...that is not ready to start". Our project managers assign themselves to many tasks on a project, but every time they do that, it forces them to commit to the tasks, putting it in their "working on" queues...even if there are 40 tasks to be completed before theirs because of predecessors....meaning they can't possibly be working on it. The only way for them to create a future start task that they don't commit to by default is to create the task but have a friend make the assignment on it. Not realistic. Needs to either allow a separation in the home screen or allow users to assign themselves without commitment.
