Expand Enhanced Analytics Tree Map to consider projects greater than 3 months in duration

Description - According to Case Number Case Number 00347166, EA Tree Map only considers 3 months of project data. This is a problem because many of our projects run longer than 3 months. This means that the EA Tree Map will always be off because not all Completed Hours will be reflected in the metrics.

Why is this feature important to you - This is a problem because many of our projects run longer than 3 months. 

How would you like the feature to work - Consider all Completed Hours in EA Tree Map regardless of project length or duration. 

Current Behaviour - EA Tree Map only considers 3 months of project data so the numerator of work completed will only ever consider 3 months worth of completed hours even if the project had more completed hours prior to 3 months.
