Unfortunately it's been a while, hope it still helps you/ is what you're looking for:
- Select the proof in Workfront and click on the "print summary" button in the proofing menu
- on top of the page that opens in a new tab click "print"> destination = "print as pdf" and then save.
The proof will be saved as a pdf including the comments.
Before clicking "print" you can also select "current version" or "all versions" in case there are multiple versions of a proof and "pages with comments" or "all pages" depending on which pages you'd like to save.
Selecting "full pages" instead of "page thumbnails" will save the pdf with large pictures instead of a smaller preview.
