Customization of Automated Reminders/Notifications based on Hometeam

Our Creative Studio wanted to setup an automated reminder/notification to send a customer satisfaction survey link to their clients on completion of a project/job.

As of right now, we can setup Notifications/Reminders to be sent automatically 1 day after the project/issue is completed, but this would be for all projects and issues in WorkFront (we have an entire division using it). After speaking with Riley at Customer Support, a potential solution could be doing it by projects/issues assigned to a home team will have the reminder turned on for it.

This way we can have an automated reminder based on:

a) Issues assigned to Home Team - Creative Studio
b) Sent on Actual Completion Date (1 Day after)
c) Sent to "Entered By" on the issue
d) Using email template - Survey Link
