We have strict reporting requirements to consolidate project and time data.
We have to report hours logged per person per project and combine that against custom form data from the project. We can only accomplish this by pulling two reports, exporting to tab delimited (because of size), pasting into an Excel Macro template which combines the two worksheets into one based on matching project IDs. It's a real pain in the (insert word choice). It has to be run monthly, and it's a lot of data, it times out constantly, and the macro likes to get corrupted quite often.
Can we please find a way so we can run ONE report and pull Project Data, Task Data, Issue Data and Hour/Time Data? Having custom fields are great, but having the flexibility to pull the data between reports is BETTER!
IT all comes down to reporting and results. We need to be able to make this easier creating greater transparency for results and ROI.
