Change the default Primary Contact and Assigned To

When I open I new request from outlook, the primary contact populates with my name but I'd rather it show with the sender of the email if they're already in workfront. I always have to change this since I'm doing the work for the person sending me the email and I want them on the request. The assigned to could default to me since I'm entering the ticket for me to work on.
