Hi there, we continually have issues with the resource planning and the fact that FTEs don't really work 8 hours a day just on projects. The options in the system to account for this are not great and can cause issues. In this world of working remotely from anywhere - someone mentioned a tool that used to be in LIquid project - in there you were able to tell the system the number of hours in a week you have available for project hours. So what if a user could set that and also state the standard days of the week they work, their unique hours and then also tell the system to take those project hours and spread them equally across the week. By user. Rather than having to adjust schedules which never match everyone or change an FTE to .8 that can mess things up as well - let the user have it in their personal settings specific days of the week, work hours and number of hours they are available?
