Add filter capability to the issues tab

Add the Filter on this Page function that is on the project tab to the issues tab,‚

    As a System Admin and Traffic Manager, this would be very helpful. I'd like to filter Requests list/tab by Status for sure, but also by Path. Being able to export to Excel would work too.
