I've attached the answers to some of the questions addressed in the meeting. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to the Work Insights team at It is currently showing only what you have access to. In order to not lose context in the view, it caps out at 50 items. You will need to filter to a portfolio, program, projects, etc. You only have access to see what you have the right to see.
Question 2: Is Work Insights available within Classic and the New Workfront Experience?
Work Insights will work with both. The only difference is that in New Workfront Experience "tasks in flight" will open in a side panel that will let you modify things from within the page rather than in a new tab.
Question 3: Once the order form is signed, how long until you get access?
It normally takes about a week.
Question 4: Will there be a guide to walk us through the start of the set-up once Work Insights is available to us?
