With the introduction of the ICONs versus words in the tool bar I notice a delay in some items working. For example I click on the Export ICON several times and nothing happens until I minimize or expand the left navigation.

If the left navigation is hidden if I select the export ICON nothing happens until I expand the box. If the left navigation is expanded and I select the Export ICON nothing happens until I minimize or hide the left navigation. At these points the list is presented to select the format I would like to export the list in.
