Hello everyone and welcome to the Project Quicksilver Alpha! I'm Trae Winterton, one of the UX Researchers involved in understanding your experience with Quicksilver. I'll be covering for Elissa, who you previously met, while she's on leave. We will be having various points of contact over the next couple of months but this is where it all begins. This is a survey to establish a baseline that evaluates current sentiment towards the Workfront platform. This short survey will take 5-7 minutes to complete. Once you've done that, send the survey to anyone you will be including in the Alpha testing. We want all who will be part of the Alpha to have their responses recorded by Friday, February 15th. If you are unsure which team members you'll be involving in the Alpha, please send it to a handful of Workfront users who are a representative audience of who you might be involving in the future. Thank you for your time in responding to the survey! Feel free to respond with any questions. hey Trae, I need help interpreting one of the questions. For "What best describes your role"--I see System admin, group admin, end user (work is assigned to you), and Other. "Work is assigned to you" seems to imply work license rather than work/plan license. If my user is a Plan license holder, they would assume they assign work to others. So what option would they pick? End user or Other (and specify Plan?)? [Seems a bit odd to lump answers from Work and Plan into one pile since they might interpret the project-related questions differently.] -skye

Hey Skye! It's been too long. That's a great question. Have your plan license holders select End user. I must apologize, the parenthesis were supposed to help clarify the selection for those it applied to. We were thinking many of them wouldn't be familiar with the difference between terms like 'group admin' 'plan license.' Seems it had the opposite effect. If the difference between the roles is significant at your organization, and you feel end user just does not describe it well enough for what they really do day to day, I'm not going to tell you that you can't select other and fill in the text box. We knew some people would have situations like this, which is why we included that field. :) Trae Winterton Workfront
