Updates cutting off

Hi Just want to report that I'm unable to reply to an update on the right rail on the Documents tab. My update isn't wrapping and so going off the screen and the buttons to post the update can't be reached. I was able to copy my update, cancel, and then pasting and the words wrapped properly and I was able to access the button to post. I'm attaching a screenshot. If I'm supposed to report things like this somewhere else, please let me know. Jill Ackerman

Just to confirm, are you at 100% zoom on your browser? We have had some weird issues when zoom is involved (especially 90% for some reason). Anthony Imgrund FCB

Definitely at 100% using Chrome. I tested it again on another document and the issue is the text of the update isn't wrapping and so the "Reply" button disappears underneath the window that contains the list of documents. If I go too far the Cancel button also disappears and then you're just out of luck.

@Jill Ackerman , we've reported this probably 3-4 weeks ago to support. This happened exactly after they made the updates enhancements. We've been given the run around (eg, it's your machine, cache, network, zoom) until it was escalated. Maybe it's only instance based or cluster based (we're 5) but they are aware and trying to find a fix (that was 2 weeks ago and no word after that). Polly Co

cluster 2 here and our fix is scheduled for 3/13 timeframe or thereabouts. -skye

@polly co, I also submitted a support ticket on Feb 13 and still not resolved yet. We encountered the same issue. Maggie Talierco

I started experiencing this issue a couple days ago. There seems to be no way around it, not even a screen refresh fixes it. Julie Lang

@Maggie Talierco , the fix was deployed to our instance last night. It seems to be functioning as expected... Looks slightly different though but I can't pinpoint to what exactly it is. But as long as it's working, we're good. Polly Co
