Hi everyone, This biweekly post is Workfront's communication to all of you participating in the beta. This will be the last post for 2019. For this post, we have summarized the latest trending feedback and also reviewed the top trending feedback since this beta started in July. Thank you for your continued feedback and please continue to reach out to Workfront and other customers here in the Beta Group for additional questions. Over the past two weeks, we deployed an update to the new experience that provided the following: User Updates page added Updated look and feel on the new details pages Below we have summarized the top trending feedback over the last two weeks and we have included a response from the Workfront product team on our next steps: Feedback Area Trending Feedback Workfront Product Team's response Secondary Navigation Secondary nav bar is sensitive and always opening and closing when unwanted Thank you for the feedback, we have reviewed this behavior. Look for a solution in the future to be able to choose to have this navigation bar in an open state or closed with icons. hi Josh, are there any specifics you can provide, on the improvements to the pin persistence? i.e. is it planned to make them persist if I use different browsers, or resetUser? Also roughly how it works, so if pins ever disappear I kind of know where to start troubleshooting? thanks as always! -skye

Has there been any word on when admins will be able to set a users' default pins via a layout template? Kirsten Heikkinen

Level 5
Hi Skye and Kirsten, The new WF experience pins will be stored in the user's profile allowing those using different devices or browsers to see their pins. A resetUser will not clear pins set by the user. As an Admin for troubleshooting, you can log in as the user to make changes to their pins. We will deploy functionality to allow admins to set a user's default pins via layout template at the same time as the persistent pins functionality is deployed. Currently, we are planning the first couple weeks of January. Josh Boston Workfront
