Hello, When our users login, I want them to see the dashboard tabs that they currently have. I highly doubt that a majority of our end-users know that they are being directed to a 'dashboard' when they login, so making them know the name of the specific dashboards they need (we have 375), knowing that it is a dashboard, and having to search for it seems counter-productive. While the home screen works for some users who are simply completing a few tasks, others have hundreds of tasks so we have customized dashboards by process to make this easier for them to view. Others never have tasks assigned to them (managers), but login to view custom dashboards designed to show status/progress reports for their staff members. We do restrict access to dashboards, so they will not see all 375 when they search, but, for example, an accounting manager has access to the following dashboards: - ACCT - Financial Reporting (direct reports) - ACCT - Financial Reporting (executive) - ACCT - Financial Reporting (property accountant) - ACCT - Financial Reporting (admin) In the current environment, the dashboard they have a tab for is simply called 'Financial Reporting' and directs them to ACCT - Financial Reporting (direct reports) with links to the other dashboards as they are used less often by the manager. Now that manager will have to learn the actual name of the dashboard they once thought was simply 'Financial Reporting' and search for it. Similarly, our property accountants have access to all of these except the admin dashboard, but their default tab, also titled 'Financial Reporting,' actually goes to ACCT - Financial Reporting (property accountant) with links to the other dashboards. Even if I was able to set tabs, I'm not sure how well that would work because as soon as you click on something, the tab changes and the only way to navigate back to that tab is to search for it again. The ability to customize is great, but this is too much for end users. They need to be able to login and see what they need to see to do their job. Please feel free to reach out for more information on this issue. As of now, I feel the new Workfront Experience is going to be detrimental to our end users ability to use the product.
