Hi, everyone, I'm very excited to announce that we have released a brand-new, redesigned version of the list toolbar for the new Workfront experience in Preview, currently available on the following lists: Portfolios Programs Projects Tasks Issues The new toolbar is designed to help you complete your work with higher productivity and make better use of the screen space. It is consistent with the styling of other new Workfront experience page components and brings a fresher and modern look and feel to the screen. The main enhancements that you'll notice are: Better use of toolbar spacing Toolbar controls are now mostly presented as icons Manual control over the task and issue Summary panel: You can now manually enable or disable the task or issue summary panel using the Open Summary icon on the far right end of the toolbar. The summary panel allows you to access key updates and information directly from the list without the need to navigate back and forth between the list and the Details pages. Improved experience for managing filters, views, and groupings Now, all your filters, views, and groupings load in the sidebar panel with an updated UI and provide a new experience for managing the available items. You can also edit, remove, or share a filter, view, or grouping without having to apply it to the list first. Quick Filter is now represented as a magnifying glass icon on the toolbar The quick filter is now presented as a magnifying glass, and the search box opens on the toolbar, instead of a separate row. For additional information about the new toolbar, see " New toolbar for lists in the new Workfront experience ". We'd be extremely interested to learn your feedback about the mentioned updates. Please let us know your thoughts in the comments on this thread. Thank you! Lilit Lilit Mkrtchyan Workfront

Hello ~ my feedback below. Better use of toolbar spacing Toolbar controls are now mostly presented as icons Response: I feel the wording removal is not to the best interest of Users. Now, it becomes memorization and hovering versus being intuitive. Improved experience for managing filters, views, and groupings Now, all your filters, views, and groupings load in the sidebar panel with an updated UI and provide a new experience for managing the available items. You can also edit, remove, or share a filter, view, or grouping without having to apply it to the list first. Response: I also noticed that the filters/groupings you can no longer customize a group or filter but now can only create a new one. That will make duplication of reports for only a one or two object change. I say add that back. Thank you, Susan Susan

Hello, Susan, Thank you for the feedback. The idea is that the icons will be intuitive enough for users to understand which action they're going to perform, at the same time removing the clutter from the toolbar. Do you think any of the icons will not be intuitive for the users? You can still edit, share or remove your filters, views and groupings by hovering over each item in the opened panel (please check the screenshot below). The improvement here is that unlike the previous toolbar, you can do those actions for any filter/view/grouping without having to apply it to the list first. Thanks! Lilit Lilit Mkrtchyan
