We have a new Beta option for the Workfront mobile app if you are using an Android phone! In this new app version, you'll be able to experience features before they are released to the general public on the mobile phone stores.
This new app is currently only available for Android phones.
How to opt in for the new beta app?
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone.
Search for the Workfront mobile app.
Scroll towards the middle of the Workfront app page, find the Become a Beta Tester area, then tap I'M IN.
After the install process finishes, you have downloaded the Beta version of the Workfront app. You can start using it by logging in to Workfront with your Production credentials.
What's in the Beta Version?
You'll have access to the following features in the new beta app:
New Login experience
New Account page
New bottom navigation bar
New Search experience
New Notifications list
… and more

Testing the New Functionality
As you are testing the new functionality, we would like you to give us feedback on the following things:
Usefulness: are the new features helping you to get things done?
Use cases: how are you using the new features and which changes are going to be the most impactful for you?
Convenience: are the new features easy to use and intuitive? Do you like the UI, interactions etc?
Speed: are you satisfied with how fast the new features perform?
Issues: What errors or issues have you encountered when using the new features?
Improvements: please tell us what you'd like to see improved or added to the mobile app.
Satisfaction: on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the most satisfied, how much do you like the new features on the Workfront mobile app?

You can submit your feedback or report any issues that you encounter in the following ways:
From the Workfront Beta mobile app in the Google Play Store (recommended):
Access the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
Search for the Workfront Beta app.
Scroll towards the middle of the Workfront app page to find the Enter feedback about the app field.
Enter your feedback and tap Submit . Our Development team receives your feedback right away.
From the Workfront Beta mobile app:
From the bottom navigation bar, tap More .
Tap your name to access the Account page.
Scroll to the Configuration section and tap Submit feedback .
