Thanks again for getting this group started! My team is still in the implementing stages, getting close to transitioning all projects from our current site (Basecamp) into WF. That being said, one group we work directly with is an event management team and our team is tasked with creating all of the pre-event and on-site assets which is anything from Save the Date emails to all of the signage, booklets, agenda printed for on-site use.
Does anyone have any experience transitioning this type of work into WF? Any tips on how best to set up such complex templates for the work?
Some of the events are 10-20 pieces of collateral and some can be around 200 pieces, a few containing 8-10 version of each. Hopefully that's not sounding too confusing so happy to share some of our existing tools that seem to work and we'd love to leverage them into WF too (excel docs of grids, schedules, etc.)
