Thank you for participating in Workfront’s Scenario Planning Beta program. We have reached an important milestone this week and have enabled the Scenario Planner Beta in your Workfront production instance. We appreciate your feedback as we look to create a new way to enable enterprises to achieve fluid planning practices, accelerate speed to execution, and factor in feedback for better and strategic planning.
As a reminder, Scenario Planner is available exclusively in the new Workfront experience. Please reference the files available in this group for how to access Scenario Planner in your instance and a short video on how to start using the capabilities of the Scenario Planner.
Please continue to give us feedback using the Feedback button located in the bottom right in the Scenario Planner pages. If you have any questions, you can ask them here in this Beta group.
Thanks,
Josh
How do I add partial roles to an initiative? Let's say I have an initiative that will span 3 weeks and I will need 1 copy writer to work on this initiative. But they won't be spending 8 hours a day for the full 3 weeks working on this, I'll only need about 5 hours of that copy writer's time.
Or maybe I need multiple roles and already have a template with durations and hours for each role accounted for in the template. Can I add template durations and hours to each initiative?

Hi Heather,
Thanks for your question.
Adding partial roles to initiatives will be available within the next update (by the end of June). You will be able to provide not only FTEs but also decimal numbers next to job roles.
Importing projects with templates into ESP as initiatives with corresponding data is the next priority thing on our roadmap, so hope that functionality will cover the second part of your question.
Let me know if you have more questions/feedback.
Regards.
