(Request Queues) Possible or Feature Request?

Is there a way to FYI someone or team when submitting a request via request queue? We recently streamlined the work coming and going through our ad ops group and also our proofreading department with request queues. Both groups have asked if there is a way to FYI or Cc someone on a request when it's being made so they get notifications as the request/issue changes status and/or they have access to the documents within the request/issue.

Well, there is a little workaround but it isn't the most idea. Every request has two "people" options. There is Requested By and Primary Contact. You might show the Primary Contact field and then have people use that field as CC. That way the original requestor still sees it (as they are the Requested By Person) and then the Primary Contact will get notifications for it as well. And then if you have any reports about requests people have made, make sure you have the filter "Requested By = $$USERID" and "Primary Contact = $$USERID" Not the most ideal, but something you can work with for now.
