These items have been shared in the SurveyMonkey but as requested, also sharing them here.
- I loved the course. I felt it was easy to navigate, and easy to follow. (Note - I am not sure if there were captions, but if there is that would be great!).
- I like that you showed groupings IN the basic user sense like 'Planned Completion Date' - this illustrates how users can make Workfront work for them.
- Do people know what 'active' means in the report filters? i.e., if the rest of Workfront uses 'current', it seems counter productive to have two different terms.
- I like that you spoke of qualifiers - stating the name of an object is helpful when you aren't sure what you are looking for. This helps when you're looking for things on the community.
- It would be helpful if you could 'nest' what was in each report. For instance, Field Source then Field Name beneath, so on and so forth.
- The video spoke of field definitions but there's no listing or link on that report page. That would be helpful.
- Review of documentation was not the same however I loved that you have compared like items to spreadsheets - that comparison at the bottom helps people relate to what they're looking for.
- Nit Pit Ask - can we get the 'shared' views up higher in the list? Perhaps just putting (shared) at the end? Most users don't know that they're there, since they're not in the list alphabetically.
