Recent issue with email notifications going to WF Users not attached to Projects

We are experiencing a new issue with jobs that were completed, and then later reopened. When some of our creative work requires design revisions, we re-open a Completed job, set it to Planning for a detailed project summary, and then make it Current for the revisions to be completed. The anomaly happening, within the last 48 hours, is that a licensed User of Workfront will received a standard email notification that "The project you are assigned to is now: Active " -- but this person (Account Manager) is not associated with. or assigned to, the job - past or present. Is anyone experiencing issues with notifications going to the wrong Users? It's causing a bit of confusion as our Account Managers work on dedicated Lines of Business, and the notifications for reopened jobs, are going to the wrong people. Thanks so much. The only time this ever happens to us is when the PM did not check their People subtab (under the Staffing tab in a Project). Users always seem to accidentally get left in there, either from a template that was not properly scrubbed or someone was removed from a task but not removed from the People tab. I know you mentioned this was a "new" issue, but this can easily pop up with the introduction of a new template, or users simply not paying attention to their emails until now. -skye
