Hello! As I understood one of the main targets of the New Experience would have been reducing clicks and give more space to work items. I have enrolled some of the Project Managers to the New Experience and received very quickly the following feedback: 1. Navigation on the left: 1.1 is a good solution, especially as it can be customized from every user 1.2. but, when selecting a Task via checkbox it can happen, that the mouse cursor is a little bit to close to the menu = results in opening the Navigation 2. Project Landingpage 2.1 For a moment the header of the New Experience seems to be reduced. But if you have a look in detail it takes the same space as the current one if not more. Especially in projects with a lot of tasks - we have some with up to 1000 - it is useful to have as much tasks in viewport as possible. A solution could be a header that disappears when scrolling down and appears again when scrolling up (i.e. "https://www.palfinger.com/de-at"
https://www.palfinger.com/de-at ). The current Workfront experience is similar. 3. Task Landingpage In the current system we have the most important information at a glance:
Assignment
due date
Status
URL
Description
Updates
In the New Experience we have to click a lot to set updates and description in context (is already an issue in another conversation) and moreover some clicks are necessary to reach the URL. Let me add one thing concerning the Task Landingpage - the priority. In a prior Workfront version the priority (Urgent/High) showed up very clear next to the task title, that get lost with one of the last design updates. We would appreciate if the priority would be placed next to the task title again - it is far too little having that information in the task details!
