Hey, Workfront Community! I'm reaching out to see if anyone has a one-pager or cheat sheet document that outlines the steps and best practices for setting up a new portfolio? I need a guideline document to circulate to our Project Management team so they can start setting up their 2020 portfolios. Let me know if anyone has a document they can share. Alex, I am assuming you are asking about how to structure your Portfolios (and not just how to create them). If my assumption is correct, this thread may be helpful. Recommendations on representing division/department structure within an organization My advice is to get your project managers together and come to a consensus as to how to structure portfolios and programs.
