18.3 Release (Betas 1 - 5 in Preview environment; to be released to production on Tuesday, November 6th (Proof); Thursday, November 8th (Cluster 2); and Friday, November 9th (Cluster 1, 3, and 5):
Gantt chart: functionality for combined projects / tasks will be available without Flash
Resource Planner: you can now export data from a specific period (month, week, quarter); non-Planners can access the User View (read only) through unique URL; period durations for exports have been increased (3 years for month and quarter / 1 year for week); you can view Actual Hours across periods (e.g., month over month)
Resource Scheduler: improvements for managing daily allocation
Review + Approval: set your own color for measuring tool; can use new polyline markup tool; set range of time on video for comments; filter by authors of replies; print summary page customizations; will be able to open websites from within proof; consistency in sharing proofs; improved comment action management; adjusted background color
Home: team requests; the ability to delegate approvals and create a My Priority list; the removal of the Beta option (Home will now be the default view); Approvals I've Submitted will be available in work list; Outlook calendar will have two-way sync
Group Admins: User Admins will now be able to add and remove other users' Job Roles; they'll also be able to change the Reports to Direct Reports fields for users in their Group
Mobile: custom form redesign, bottom navigation customization, profile photo upload capabilities, redesign for logging time in landscape view, and ability to log time in days
Billing Rates: set if you want Company Billing Rates to override Project Billing Rates via "Recalculate Finance" in the project
Integrations: OneDrive, MS Teams, and Creative Cloud
Deprecations: Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML 1.1 will be removed by August 2019 (limited support only available until January 2019); Flash will be removed completely with 18.3 affecting Legacy Resource Management functionality, Gantt Charts, Team Builder, and Portfolios; Workfront will no longer support SWF Flash files with 18.3
