Notifications - Stop the Spam!

I have a request queue with multiple queue topics, This is a queue to collect request for our digital team and is divided into 3 queue topics, one for web services, one for analytics, and one for requesting new domains. Each of these queue topics has a separate routing rule to make sure the correct team gets notified. So far easy enough and it's working...the problem is... the project (queue) is shared with everyone, sooo everyone is getting notified when an issue is added, I would like only the specific team that is on the routing rule to get notified. Simple right? Change their email notification settings so it's notifying when their team is assigned a new request not when an issue has been added to the project. I've tried everything I can think of and it's all or nothing. Which notifications need to be enabled/disabled to make this work? Michele Vandelinde Infrastructure
