RE: NEW INNOVATION LAB RANKING PROCESS - DISTRIBUTION OF VOTES
I had the privilege and opportunity to meet several of you at the last live meeting at Workfront HQ.
As CAB members, we value your opinions highly. Thus, I wanted to get your opinion on the following question/poll. But first, some context:
Context
The Workfront Product team is redesigning the Idea Exchange. For those who have not engaged with it before, the Idea Exchange is our open product feedback platform found here on the Community. As part of this redesign, we are introducing two new elements: 1) We will present a curated list of top ideas to customers and partners 2x a year for further ranking. Customers will be given additional votes to allocate across this curated list. 2) Once the list has been presented and customers have had a chance to allocate their additional votes across the features they think are most important or beneficial, we will share the evidence of your influence by incorporating the top voted ideas into the product roadmap for development and estimated release timing. Thus, this new process provides Customers greater opportunities to help shape Workfront Products.
Question
Regarding the additional votes...should we give out these additional votes equally or do it based on ARR? (i.e. Every customer, regardless of size, gets 100 extra votes versus some customers, like Enterprise customers, get more votes based on ARR?) Please let us know in the poll below. If you have additional feedback, or comments, please feel free to comment in the thread stream as well.
