Hi, I recently switched a few users to the new UX to run a pilot and get their feedback before we plan our full rollout to all teams. Each of the users in the pilot uses the tool slightly differently so this will give me some rounded feedback. The issues reported so far are:
When you're tagging people in anything, the new naming convention makes it difficult to see who has been tagged, e.g. if I only tag 1 Anna I can't see which Anna I've tagged, etc.
Browser window intermittently freezes or slow playing 'catch-up'
When clicking on any of the links/icons in the left-hand menu the browser window disappears/flickers for a couple of seconds before coming back again
When you go to right-click on a campaign (in a Report) to open up in a new tab it automatically clicks through anyway **Update** This seems to be consistent with most links in
Can't see if documents are attached without going into the Documents tab (only when hover), or toggle menu view
When in a Resource Report on full screen width (with no scroll bar) it cuts off the first column so unable to select any of the tick boxes
When clicking the Project Link in the Campaign Form it opens up in a new Window rather than allowing to open in new tab - as do all links
Pinned default page only displays when first logging in, doesn't show thereafter
When adding comments to a document, the comments field stretches pushing out the page resulting in any previous comments or submit button not being visible so unable to post comment *Work around** After typing your message click off the document and then back on, it then shows the submit button
